Stardust Media was founded from a conscious decision to bring experience and strengths together in one place. By combining strategy, creativity, and structure, the studio was built with a clear approach and a strong foundation.
They work in a different way, choosing focus over pressure and direction over noise. This allows businesses to grow with confidence, consistency, and space to evolve.
Above all, they believe that collaboration should feel supportive, energizing, and clear, never heavy or overwhelming.
SANDRA ONKEN
Brand & Business Direction
Sandra is the co-founder of Stardust Media Studio and leads the brand and business direction within the studio.
With a warm, intuitive approach and a strong strategic mind, she helps businesses gain clarity, direction, and a visual identity that supports their next stage of growth. Her strength lies in seeing the bigger picture and understanding how strategy, structure, and creative choices come together, guiding each step with care, focus, and intention.
Before stepping into the world of branding and design, Sandra worked as a dialysis nurse, a background that shaped her ability to listen deeply, create safety, and remain grounded in high-pressure environments. These qualities now form a strong foundation in her work with clients and teams.
She later spent years working internationally, coordinating global teams and supporting large-scale events across different countries. Alongside this, she managed every layer of an international coaching and creative business, from marketing and social media to accounting, email marketing, newsletters, and client communication. This experience gave her a strong understanding of how all parts of a business connect, and how a strong brand, design, and strategy can truly support growth.
Today, Sandra blends branding, design, business strategy, and creative guidance into a grounded and structured approach. She enjoys brainstorming with clients, shaping ideas, and translating them into clear communication, confident brands, and visuals that feel aligned and intentional.
She lives in the Netherlands with her two children and her partner, Nikol, with whom she co-founded Stardust Media Studio.
NIKOL PECKA
Photography & Visual Content
Nikol is the co-founder of Stardust Media Studio and leads photography and visual content within the studio.
With a calm, intuitive presence and a natural way of connecting with people, she creates portraits, brand visuals, and digital content that feel natural, authentic, and grounded. Her relaxed approach allows clients to feel at ease, resulting in imagery that feels confident, honest, and aligned with who they are.
Originally from the Czech Republic, Nikol’s professional journey began in ICT and education, where she developed a strong analytical foundation and a deep understanding of communication, structure, and human behaviour. She later worked as a worldwide language coordinator, leading international teams across different countries and strengthening her ability to guide people with clarity and focus.
Through her international work, Nikol supported marketing, social media, video creation, and overall client experience. Over time, she specialised further in photography, video, and reels, refining a visual style that translates brands into clear, approachable, and recognizable imagery across platforms.
Alongside her photography work, Nikol plays an active role in Stardust Media’s web design projects. With a strong visual intuition and eye for detail, she supports layout decisions, imagery, and overall brand cohesion, helping ensure each website feels balanced, consistent, and visually aligned.
Today, Nikol photographs entrepreneurs, brands, teams, and products, bringing the same calm presence and focus to every shoot. Outside of her work, she lives in the Netherlands with her partner Sandra and their children, where family life and creative work naturally intertwine and continue to inform her grounded, people-focused approach.
