We are Stardust Media. These terms govern the use of our website, products, and services. By ordering or using our site, you agree to these terms.

1) Who we are
Stardust Media, based in the Netherlands, offers branding, web design, creative services, and custom art. Contact: info@stardustmedia.studio

2) Orders & payments

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

• Prices are in EUR and include VAT as indicated.

• Payment is processed securely via our payment provider.

3) Digital & custom work

• Digital products (downloads, e-books) are delivered electronically.

• Custom design work, branding, websites, and personalized art are made to order. Due to their personalized nature, these items are non-refundable once work has started.

4) Physical products

• We ensure quality. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos.

• Returns are only accepted for faulty items.

• Shipping costs are shown at checkout; international buyers are responsible for any import duties.

5) Sessions & services

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

6) Intellectual property

• All content, designs, and products remain the intellectual property of Stardust Media unless expressly transferred.

• You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our work without written permission.

7) Liability

• We provide our services with care.

• We are not liable for indirect losses, delays, or issues outside our reasonable control (e.g., platform outages, third-party delays).

8) Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be handled in the courts of the Netherlands.

9) Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Please check this page for changes.
