1. Who We Are

Stardust Media Studio

We provide creative and strategic services including (but not limited to):
branding, web design, strategy sessions, photography, videography, reels, graphic design, digital content, and related creative services.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, services, sessions, and deliveries provided by Stardust Media Studio, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Where a separate written agreement or contract exists, that agreement shall prevail in case of inconsistencies.

3. Orders, Bookings & Payments

  • All orders and bookings are confirmed once payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.

  • Prices are stated in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.

  • Payment is processed via secure third-party payment providers.

  • In the event of late or incomplete payment, Stardust Media Studio reserves the right to suspend or withhold services until payment is received.

4. Strategy Sessions

  • Strategy Sessions are advisory and exploratory in nature.

  • They are intended to provide clarity, structure, and direction, but do not constitute binding advice or guarantees of outcome.

  • Insights, frameworks, concepts, and methods shared during Strategy Sessions remain the intellectual property of Stardust Media Studio, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Strategy Sessions do not create any obligation for further collaboration.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.

5. Custom Creative Services (Branding, Web Design, Media, etc.)

  • All creative services are provided on a custom, made-to-order basis.

  • Once work has started, payments are non-refundable due to the custom and made-to-order nature of the services.

  • The scope of work is defined in the agreed offer, proposal, or contract.

  • Revisions, additions, or changes outside the agreed scope may be considered additional work and charged accordingly.

  • Delivery timelines depend on timely feedback and content from the client.

6. Photography, Videography & Media

  • All photos, videos, and media content created by Stardust Media Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Clients receive a usage license for agreed purposes only. Ownership is not transferred.

  • Raw files are not delivered unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • AI-based editing, manipulation, or alteration of delivered media is not permitted without prior written consent from Stardust Media Studio.

  • Deposits for photography, videography, and media services are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot may result in full charge of the agreed fee.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, texts, visuals, media, and materials remain the intellectual property of Stardust Media Studio unless explicitly transferred in writing.

  • Clients may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or modify our work beyond the agreed usage rights.

  • Any unauthorized use may result in appropriate legal action.

8. Portfolio & Promotion

Stardust Media Studio reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Liability

  • Stardust Media Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, business results, or consequential losses.

  • We are not responsible for failures of third-party platforms, hosting providers, software, or external services.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

10. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (including illness, technical failures, or external disruptions), obligations may be suspended or rescheduled without entitlement to compensation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

12. Changes

Stardust Media Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
