These Terms & Conditions explain how we work, what you can expect from us, and what we ask from you in return. By purchasing a product, booking a session or working with us, you agree to these terms.

We provide creative and strategic services including custom Squarespace web design, branding, graphic design, photography, creative consultancy and digital media.

Every project is thoughtfully created to reflect your business, support your goals and build a strong foundation for the future.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, proposals, products, services, consultations and creative work provided by Stardust Media Studio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Where a separate written agreement or project proposal has been signed by both parties, that agreement shall prevail in the event of any inconsistencies.

3. Discovery Calls & Custom Proposals

Every website project begins with a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call.

This conversation allows us to get to know you, understand your business and discuss what you're looking for before preparing a personalized proposal. Discovery Calls are entirely without obligation and do not commit either party to a collaboration.

Following the call, you'll receive a tailored proposal outlining the recommended scope of work, timeline and investment.

4. Orders, Bookings & Payments

  • Orders, bookings and custom projects are confirmed once payment or the agreed deposit has been received.

  • Prices are stated in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.

  • Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

  • For custom projects, payment schedules are outlined in the individual proposal or agreement.

  • Stardust Media Studio reserves the right to suspend work until outstanding payments have been received.

5. Strategy Sessions & Creative Consultations

  • Our Discovery Calls, Business Exploration Sessions and other consultancy services are intended to provide guidance, clarity and creative direction.

  • Although we always strive to offer the best possible advice based on our experience, no specific business results or outcomes can be guaranteed.

  • All ideas, concepts, frameworks and recommendations shared during these sessions remain the intellectual property of Stardust Media Studio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

6. Custom Creative Services

  • All branding, web design, graphic design, photography and related creative services are custom-made specifically for each client.

  • Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable due to the personalised nature of the work.

  • Each project is carried out according to the agreed proposal or quotation.

  • Additional revisions, new requests or changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

  • Project timelines depend on receiving the necessary content, feedback and approvals from the client within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Photography & Media

  • All photographs, videos, graphics and other media created by Stardust Media Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio unless explicitly transferred in writing.

  • Clients receive a licence to use the delivered work for the agreed purposes.

  • Ownership of copyrights is not transferred.

  • Raw image or video files are not included unless agreed otherwise.

  • AI editing or manipulation of our delivered work is not permitted without written permission.

  • Deposits for photography sessions are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot may result in the full session fee becoming payable.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding concepts, websites, graphics, texts, templates, digital products and creative materials remain the intellectual property of Stardust Media Studio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

No part of our work may be copied, reproduced, resold, modified or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Stardust Media Studio reserves the right to showcase completed projects, photography and creative work within our portfolio, website, social media channels and promotional materials.

Confidential information will always be treated respectfully.

10. Third-Party Services

Our projects may include integrations with third-party platforms such as Squarespace, Stripe, Mailchimp, Flodesk, Zapier or other external services.

Stardust Media Studio cannot be held responsible for outages, policy changes, software updates or technical issues originating from these third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

Stardust Media Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of income, loss of business opportunities or other financial losses resulting from the use of our services or products.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service concerned.

12. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, technical failures, natural disasters or other unforeseen events, obligations may be postponed or rescheduled without liability for damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

14. Changes

Stardust Media Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The most recent version will always be published on our website.
